Research within PCMD reflects the health priorities of our society.

Building on existing expertise and strong academic and NHS partnerships, the College’s research strategy is focussed on the development of niche research areas where unique contributions can be made.

Peninsula Bioventures key partners in developing and exploiting IP are found where the PCMD also has facilities:

• - The University of Plymouth
• - Plymouth Hospital NHS Trust
• - Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Trust
• - Royal Cornwall NHS Trust

Peninsula Bioventures also works closely with key regional stakeholders such as the NHS Innovations South West and the South West Regional Development Agency.

Peninsula Bioventures was created by the PCMD and is a partnership with the University of Exeter, University of Plymouth and the NHS Trusts in Devon and Cornwall.
